⚙️ Mechanical Design
We create 3D CAD models using SolidWorks and Autodesk Fusion for subsea hardware, ROV tools and interfaces, lifting frames, installation aids, and offshore equipment. We can provide 2D drawings for manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly, with attention to weld details, tolerances, and interface requirements.

📊 Structural & Mechanical Analysis
Using SolidWorks Simulation, we perform finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate load capacity, stress distribution, deflection, and performance of subsea hardware and offshore tooling. Analyses cover service conditions, rated load cases, proof testing, lifting operations, and related structural verifications.

📏 Testing & Qualification Support
We provide engineering oversight for test procedures, fixture design, and execution of qualification testing and FAT/SIT. Support includes rated load capacity, hydrostatic proof, and fatigue testing, as well as prototype evaluations and coordination with third-party verification activities. Documentation reviews and monitoring ensure requirements are satisfied during testing.

🔍 Independent Engineering Reviews
We perform technical reviews of design packages, calculations, drawings, and specifications against project requirements and applicable standards. Scope of work includes evaluation of design details, change reviews, material selections, manufacturing processes, NDE specifications, and compliance documentation.

Our services extend into fabrication shops and offshore campaigns, providing vendor management, machining oversight, fabrication checks, and assembly fit-up. We also support mobilization activities for subsea wellheads, drilling risers, top tension riser systems, subsea trees, tendons, long forgings, ROV tools, connectors, custom fabricated frames, and lifting appliances.
